Products

Dearborn Works is a leading producer of carbon slabs, hot-dipped galvanized (HDG) steel, and advanced high-strength steels (AHSS).

  • Carbon semi-finished slabs are produced on one of two casting machines at Dearborn Works. These slabs are hot rolled at other ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ manufacturing sites to create hot- and cold-rolled steels that provide excellent press formability, surface finish, flatness, and thickness tolerances and meet the strictest chemistry requirements in the market today.
  • Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) are now being produced, such as the NEXMET® family of products using innovative alloy design and new process control technology.
